Do not send dangerous, unlawful or inadequately packed goods. Items needing regulated or specialist transport must be reviewed before collection. Describe the item without uploading identity documents or unnecessary sensitive information.
Agree responsibilities
Confirm packaging, loading, value, cover and exclusions before booking. If suitability is unclear, ask first. The enquiry is a request to assess the job and does not authorise dispatch.
