Make sure the final goods match the description, dimensions and weights supplied. Have every package ready and accessible. Advise Courivio of changes before the vehicle arrives.
At the collection address
Have an authorised person available to release the goods. Keep access instructions and parking details clear. Any agreed loading assistance or equipment needs to be ready.
At delivery
Confirm that the recipient knows the delivery window and can accept the load. Agree signature or proof-of-delivery requirements, instructions if nobody is available and how concerns will be reported.
