Yes. You do not need a business account. Give the parcel details, both addresses and a way to contact you.

Can I request same-day delivery?+

Yes. Select Same-day courier and give the collection-ready time and latest acceptable delivery time. Availability and suitability are checked before a booking is agreed.

What affects the price?+

The journey, parcel sizes and weights, timing, access, handling, vehicle and extra stops. Urgent or special requests may affect the quote; confirm all charges before booking.

Can I send bulky items or light freight?+

Describe the packed goods, dimensions, weight and lifting arrangements. Acceptance is checked. Larger pallet and freight loads can use Freivio, while furniture and household moves can use Movivio.

Can I get tracking or proof of delivery?+

Tell us the handover or proof-of-delivery record you require so it can be agreed with the service. This website currently collects enquiries and does not offer live parcel tracking.

Does this form confirm a booking?+

No. It saves your enquiry. Price, availability, scope and booking arrangements must be confirmed before collection.
